New Horizons

So. I regularly eat either cereal with skim milk or yogurt for breakfast. Occasionally--like a couple of times every few months--I eat toast instead, for variety (and because it's a much better delivery vehicle for honey/preserves than cereal is). Last week, I even had a bagel. Saturday, I had bacon, eggs and grits. OK, so maybe "regularly" is more like "most of the time".

Today it occurred to me that there is cholesterol in yogurt. Well, in most yogurt, anyway, and in mine, specifically. I'm not planning to give up eating yogurt, so... instead, I think it's time to add oatmeal to the breakfast rotation! Gotta balance things out, you know. Poor oatmeal, how could I have forsaken thee for so long?

If you couldn't already tell, this is nominally exciting for me. Please just nod and smile. Thanks for understanding.

Ugh. And on that note, my tummy feels upset. Think I'm gonna go lay down.
